To comprehensively enhance the overall strength and core competitiveness of the university's talent pool, the University of Jinan plans to host the "2025 International Young Scholars Forum." This forum aims to establish a high-level academic exchange platform for outstanding young scholars from China and abroad who are interested in learning about and participating in the university's development and construction. It will focus on academic frontiers, explore hot topics in various disciplines, strengthen communication and cooperation, and facilitate the recruitment of outstanding young talents.

The forum is scheduled for late November 2025 and will adopt a method of combining online and offline, inviting young talents interested in joining the university to participate. On the event day, the university will host the main forum venue alongside the opening ceremony. Individual teaching and research units will organize separate sub-forums, with online participation channels also available. Responsible persons from these units will engage in direct discussions with participating talents, aiming to reach preliminary agreements.
